A weekly opportunity to reset your week. Mindful movement, allowing you to cultivate your felt sense and capacity to listen deeply to your body, adapt to stressors and release tension. Light-hearted, slow-paced, suitable for a range of bodies.

A slow-paced, kind-to-your-body practice, it is suitable for a range of bodies - young, old, stiff, flexible, curvy and athletic - and adapted to suit your needs. 

 

Explore light-hearted, somatic enquiry, embodiment, meditation, functional movement and mobility.

I'm committed to providing affordable yoga classes. If you wish to pay in instalments please let me know. If you are keen to come, but finding it challenging financially, please do chat with me as I'm happy to discuss how to make it work for you.
