~ The Field Facilitation ~

Hello, I'm Eva

I bring 18+ years of international business experience in the global health and wellness sector, trauma-informed training, and a deep practice in yoga, somatic and nervous system work.

I can sit with you in a business challenge, and in the body experience of that challenge, and work with both at once.

Whether you need a space to stop overriding yourself, or hands-on support so you can stay the practitioner and not the marketer, there's a way we can work together.

I believe we all deserve to thrive from a place of nervous system health and expand into living in the fullest expression of ourselves.

Remembering and coming home to ourselves is a radical, sacred act of connection. It is a choice to see the body not as an adversary, but a source of wisdom, a doorway to alchemise emotions, clear limiting beliefs and activate our power.

When we choose to rewild ourselves through somatic nervous system expansion practices, we challenge internalised systems of 'power over' in ourselves and around us.

This same understanding of the nervous system state is what shapes how I approach marketing and business support too. Nervous system regulation and capacity changes decisions, in a body and in a brand.

It transforms how we show up for ourselves and others. It’s political activism at the root. Bridging the personal, the communal and the collective.

My story

I burnt out twice in my career. The second time was transformative. It taught me, the hard way, how to navigate the competing priorities of the transitions and mysteries of our human experience. A back injury in 2016, when I couldn't walk, deepened a yoga practice I'd already had since 2002 into something I couldn't do without.

Scaravelli-inspired yoga helped me find self-compassion and build interoceptive sensitivity. It helped me recognise where I was routinely overriding my boundaries. Meditation helped me find the space between reactivity and response. Shadow work helped me to loosen the grip of shame and find my voice. Somatic Experiencing is helping me process fight, flight, and freeze energy, and work with my emotions directly. Together, these have built my nervous system capacity and helped me settle more into the ground of my being.

This capacity is rooted in a wider embodied history than yoga alone. I grew up in South East Asia, in a multi-cultural, ethnically diverse family, steeped in yogic philosophy, competing in international athletics as a child, and training for several years in Capoeira Angola as a young adult. As a neurodivergent mother of neurodivergent and even more ethnically diverse children, I hold a wide multi-cultural perspective on conditioning and the colonised mind, one that shapes how I understand nervous systems, not just my own.

Alongside this, I've spent over 19 years in business development and strategic communications, including senior leadership roles in international development and global health, as well as running several of my own businesses. I understand the everyday difficulties people face in their careers, and the strategic challenges small and medium sized businesses continually grapple with, not as theory, but from the inside.

I believe the more people who can experience the transformative power of nervous system work, shadow work, yoga and meditation, the better place the world will be for all. I bring that same understanding of what nourishes and depletes us into how I support people's businesses too.
