Booking and cancellation policy​
Booking
All class and workshop bookings can be made by directly emailing or texting Eva Rahman.

Payment in full is due at the time of booking, preferably online (BACS, or PayPal) for all workshops and classes online and in-person.

Payment details are provided at the time of booking provided there is space.

Cash on the day is also permitted for short-notice drop-ins to in-person classes only.

A subscription covers the cost of all the specified dates in the term at a discounted rate. Subscriptions will not roll over into the next term. ​

Concessionary rates are provided for those who are not currently employed or on a pension, but do not own their own home.

​Tiered pricing is offered in some cases and subject to early booking before specified dates.

By paying for the booking, you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms below. If you have any questions about this policy, please discuss them with me before paying for your booking.

Cancellation
​As a small business, I am unable to support last minute cancellations, changes and no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.
If you need to cancel the booking after you have paid, the following cancellation terms apply. ​

Person Classes

If you cancel your booking with 48 hours' notice, Eva Rahman will provide you with the credit equivalent to the booking amount to be used against any future classes within the same block of term dates.

Online Classes

If you cancel your booking with 48 hours' notice, Eva Rahman will provide you with the credit equivalent to the booking amount to be used against any future classes within the following 4 weeks.

Workshops

No monetary refund available.

If you cancel your space with more than 7 days' notice, I will provide you with credit equivalent to the booking amount to be used against any future classes/ workshops within 3 months of the cancelled appointment.​

If you cancel your space with 7 days or less notice, there will be no credit provided.​​
