I bring over 23 years of both business, marketing and communications expertise and real-world experience
I've built and run several small businesses, including as a wellness practitioner and retailer, as well as been an employee for 19 years inside international development and global health organisations and as a freelancer to independent practitioners.
My consulting is practical, direct, and tailored. No generic frameworks, no one-size-fits-all solutions.
And because I understand how nervous system load affects your capacity to implement, the systems and strategies we build together are designed around how you actually work, not an idealised version of you with unlimited time and energy.

Running two campaigns under one brand, and finding the gap that mattered most.
YOGACAMP is a UK retreat brand with two events at different stages. Sussex is established and close to selling out most years and carried by a returning community. Devon is younger, still building trust in a new location with a newer teacher line-up. I was brought on to lead the social media campaign for both events, across a single busy season, for a small team already stretched thin.

Sell the remaining tickets for both camps. Two events. Two very different starting points and not much room for messaging to blur together.
The brief
What we did
The two campaigns ran on separate logic from the start. Sussex leaned on making the most of the weekend with treatments and sauna rituals. It highlighted familiar faces, spoke to the people who kept coming back and the urgency of last spots. Devon slowed down. It needed people to know the place and the teachers before they'd think about booking. Sixty posts went out across the campaign window and analytics were tracked throughout so decisions were based on what was actually reaching people not guesswork.
Results
What the numbers actually pointed to
Sussex sold out. Devon added a significant number of tickets but fell short of the original target. There are several factors involved and these are data points which are shaping what comes next.
On Instagram, the account grew by 103 followers, reached over 12,600 accounts and saw close to 2,000 interactions across the 10 week campaign period.
The most useful finding of the campaign was that social media and email had been running as two disconnected systems, when they needed to work as one.
Social was reaching people well, but reach on its own doesn't make someone book. What can look like a pricing problem can instead be a sign that people hadn't been given enough information or reassurance yet to feel ready to commit. A well-timed, well-sequenced email does the job of closing the sale far better.
This became the through line of recommendations going into next year: keep both events visible year-round rather than clustering activity around each launch, tighten the visual identity so each even is instantly recognisable, build on the activation of the teacher network to keep socials active without constant new production, and treat email not as an occasional newsletter but as a proper sequence, shorter and more frequent, mapped against the sales calendar for each event.
Who I have worked with
What people say
"Working with Eva shifted something for both brands. Getting clear on the positioning, and where they actually differ from each other, meant I could stop just reacting and start thinking strategically about how I promote myself and my events. I'm not always slightly behind anymore. I'm always slightly ahead.
Talking things through in our foundation afternoons, and hearing her reflect it back, was what made that shift stick. It helped me see how unique each brand actually was, while somehow also making it feel more cohesive to hold both at once. Her listening is highly attuned, and she works through reflection rather than just handing you a plan, so my creative vision was always at the core of what got made."
- Katie, Founder / Director, Sauna Master UK & Wild Spa Wowo
"Eva brought strategy, consistency and momentum to our marketing something that as a small and busy team can easily slip down the list.
She understood what YOGACAMP is really about (community, returning campers, the feeling of the camps) and got that across without ever just 'selling' an event.
We enjoyed working with her so much that we're now talking about her helping drive our communications year-round."
- Janee, Founder / Director, YOGACAMP
Work that speaks for itself
Whether the work sits inside a global health programme or a wellness practitioner's Instagram feed, the through line is the same: clear, credible communication that people actually act on.
Kind words
"We built a three-month Instagram strategy and I finally had a plan I could actually execute.
I'd been going round in circles for months. Working with Eva meant that we made real progress in a short time."
