My approach to yoga intends to be accessible, inclusive and trauma-informed—rooted in the spirit of inquiry and curiosity, listening to the body’s innate intelligence to cultivate your 'felt-sense' and nervous system capacity for resilience. Inspired by Vanda Scaravelli’s pioneering work, I encourage undoing rather than doing—inviting freedom of movement, ease and stability instead of strain. ​

Classes focus on finding space in the spine, unwinding unnecessary tension. Through simple yet profound practices—breath, movement, sound, subtle awareness, and rest—you are supported to find greater mobility, strength, and stability in the body, contentedness in the mind, and ease in daily life.

With over 25 years of practice as a yoga practitioner and over 6 as a yoga teacher, my approach honours yoga as a lifelong journey of awareness and discovery—less about achieving poses, more about being present with yourself. I have a special interest in pelvic floor and nervous system health.

Benefits of yoga practice may include: enhanced energy, vitality and circulation, greater connection with self, others and life, improved strength, joint stability, flexibility and posture, release of stress and tension, reduced anxiety and a deeper sense of well-being.
Rooted in the spirit of inquiry and curiosity, I work with yoga postures, embodiment, functional and somatic movement, emotional alchemy, mindfulness, subtle awareness, sounding, meditation, pranayama and breathing practices to foster a rich, varied and sensory experience. I have a special interest in pelvic floor health. ​​​​​
