Embodied Wisdom Circle is not just a talk circle, it’s felt.
A monthly sanctuary for your nervous system and embodied presence.

It’s where you can be seen, heard, met and felt. No pressure. No performance. No fixing. Real connection beyond online, surface level chats. Presence and connection. At your pace.
It’s where you can learn and refine nervous system skills for boundaries, ease and connection.
If you’ve been craving a creative space to connect and build community in-real-life, and not online…
If you have been yearning to receive the gift of attuned presence…
A space to meet yourself, to be heard and seen, or to have the light and warmth of your heart reflected back to you…
If you have been feeling the isolation of parenting without a village, or the weight of trying to disrupt lineage patterns…
Then this is for you.
Gather
Embodied Wisdom Circle is an in-person, monthly guided sanctuary where you can immerse in your here-and-now, refine your skills in interoception and relational awareness, and experience the medicine of meeting in community. There is a special beauty and magic in gathering to simply be together.

Share your truth
This is an invitational and co-creative space. There is no right or wrong way to be. You are invited to share in your own way - words, movement, or silence or something else. Tap into your body wisdom and create small embodied moments of being met, felt and respected.

Connection heals
Being witnessed and feeling embodied and present gently expands your nervous system's capacity for ease. This is real change you feel in your body.
Learn nervous system skills and refine interoceptive awareness
Build and practice skills to relate to yourself and others with more awareness around how to recognise your needs and capacity in the present moment, without abandoning yourself in situations that may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. For example, we may:
-
Strengthen physical and energy-based skills in boundary-setting and grounding.
-
Refine skills in emotional relational awareness, integrated tracking and nervous system safety
-
Interrupt old thought patterns and behaviours and replace it with new narratives, a new felt-sense and experiences of safety and connection
-
Experience the physiological and biological importance of coming together
-
Understand how adaptive strategies move through our bodies
-
Explore intergenerational patterns

You will leave with:
-
A felt experience of safety + presence
-
More clarity around your needs + capacity
-
A felt sense of groundedness

A grounded container
Embodied Wisdom is designed with intention, consent and spaciousness at its core. My role is to create a grounded container where you can feel quickly at ease. We trust the body's timing and wisdom. We work gently and slowly with plenty of grounding, occasional music, moments of rest, and some movement. You are encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your limits.

What this is not
This is not a therapy group or a place to work through trauma history, deep crisis or chronic dysregulation which may be best supported in a therapeutic setting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to share my experience?
Sharing is always optional. There will be the opportunity to share your reflection of your own present-moment, embodied experience, if you feel called to do so. Listening and movement expression is just as welcome as speaking. Being seen, witnessed, heard, felt and met by others who are attuned and present to you in the moment can be profoundly nourishing, life-affirming and supportive. The beautiful thing about this way of working is that we don't need to focus on retelling or reliving past pain to work deeply.
Will it be heavy or depressing to hear the experiences of others?
Many sharing spaces unintentionally become places where we're asked to witness big T trauma or emotional overwhelm - often without enough structure or consent. This space is not about trauma processing or emotional unloading.
The Embodied Wisdom Circle is designed to around choice-based participation, with the opportunity to call a pause, or opt in and out at any time. Shares are timed and oriented toward what's alive in the present moment.
You need only to commit to honouring yourself and tracking your own capacity, by allowing and accepting what comes up for you. Self-responsiblity and consent are part of the container. It's always okay to decided an activity, or this circle isn't the right fit. You decide what is best for you. You are teaching your body it can trust you.
Why join a group? Group scares me.
The group container is a highly effective space to learn skills. The group will save you time and money and will prepare you to refine your skills on your own much more effectively. Working as part of a group offers the advantage of amplifying the insights and learning that we may need because much of our medicine is mirrored to us by others in some way. The collective consciousness amplifies the practice and allows for deep change to happen. We are a tribal species, wired for community and co-regulating with others is an effective way we can support our own nervous system.
Do I have to have attended previous workshops?
Each session is designed to be unique and standalone. You do not have to have attended a circle previously, nor have prior experience. Come as you are.
Is this a spiritually neutral space?
The intention is for this to be a religiously neutral space. The focus is on embodiment, inner awareness, and relational presence, drawing on somatic and mindfulness-informed practices. You are invited to explore your own experience in a grounded, body-based way, without any spiritual beliefs being required.

I felt a real change afterwards - more like the old me. I haven't felt like me for a few years now.
